Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information 树新在线 (treenew.online, the "Service") collects, how we use and share it, and what rights you have.
1. Information We Collect

1.3 Payment information
Top-ups are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your card number, CVV, or payment password. We retain only: amount, order number, payment method, payment status, and completion time — for reconciliation and refunds.
2. What We Do Not Collect
The Service does not store the text of the prompts you send to models, nor the text of the model's responses.
Call logs record only the number of tokens for billing purposes. They contain no request or response body text.
Please read the next section, though: while the content is not retained by us, it is forwarded to upstream model providers.
3. How Information Is Shared
3.1 Upstream model providers (important)
This is how the Service fundamentally works: the content of your requests — prompts, context, and any attached files or images — is forwarded to upstream large language model providers for processing.
- How those providers handle and retain that content is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
- Do not send information through the Service that you would not want a third party to process — including national ID numbers, bank account details, medical records, or trade secrets.
3.2 Payment providers
When you top up, the order information necessary to collect payment and reconcile accounts is passed to the payment provider.
3.3 Infrastructure providers
This site uses Cloudflare for CDN and security. Your network requests to this site therefore pass through, and may be logged by, Cloudflare's servers.
3.4 Legal requirements
We may disclose necessary information in response to a validly formed law enforcement request, or to protect the legitimate rights of the Service or others.
Apart from the above, we do not sell, rent, or provide your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention

5. Security
- Passwords are stored hashed; we cannot recover your plaintext password.
- HTTPS is enforced site-wide; traffic is encrypted in transit.
- Database file permissions are restricted to the service account and administrators.
- You can reset your API keys at any time in the console.
Despite these measures, no system can be guaranteed absolutely secure. You should also safeguard your own password and API keys.
6. Your Rights
You may:
- Access the information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate account information (some fields are self-service in the console)
- Delete your account and associated data (except financial records we must retain by law)
- Export your usage records
- Withdraw consent by ceasing use and closing your account

7. Cookies
The Service uses only cookies necessary to maintain your login session and interface preferences (such as colour mode and language). These are essential to normal operation. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. Minors
The Service is not offered to individuals under 18. If we discover that a minor has registered without guardian consent, we will delete the account and associated data.
9. International Data Transfers
Our servers are located in the United States, and upstream model providers may also be located outside mainland China. By using the Service you understand and agree that your data may be transferred outside your country or region for processing.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date.
