Terms of Service

Welcome to 树新在线 (treenew.online, the "Service"). Please read these Terms in full before using the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service is a unified AI API gateway: you send requests to our endpoints, we forward them to upstream large language model providers, and we return the results to you.
- We do not train or develop large language models. We provide routing and metering only.
- Model output is generated by upstream models. We make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
- Upstream availability, rate limits, and policy changes may affect the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to mitigate this but cannot guarantee immunity.
2. Accounts
- A valid email address is required to register and verify your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential. All requests made with your key are treated as your own.
- If a key is compromised, reset it immediately in the console.
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent quotas, promotions, or bans may result in those accounts being merged or closed.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service to:
- Violate the laws of your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where our servers are located
- Generate or distribute content infringing intellectual property, privacy, or reputation rights
- Generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM), terrorist content, or other unlawful material
- Conduct fraud, phishing, spam, or malware distribution
- Circumvent billing, rate limiting, or access controls — including forging requests or exploiting defects to self-credit balance
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without a separate written agreement
- Perform stress testing, denial-of-service attacks, or unauthorised security testing
You must also comply with the acceptable use policies of upstream model providers. Service interruption caused by an upstream provider banning us for your violation does not constitute a breach by us.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice. In serious or potentially unlawful cases, we will retain relevant records and may cooperate with law enforcement.
4. Billing
- The Service uses a prepaid balance model: you top up first, then consume as you use.
- Charges are based on the number of tokens consumed, the rate of the model invoked, and the rate multiplier of your user group.
- Per-model rates are published on the pricing page in the console. We may adjust rates in response to upstream pricing changes. Adjusted rates apply only to requests made after the change takes effect.
- Top-ups are settled at the exchange rate published at the time of payment.
- Balance is non-transferable between accounts.
- Consumption resulting from your own actions (leaked keys, runaway scripts) is your responsibility.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy (please read)
The Service is a prepaid digital service. Except as stated in this section, top-ups are not fully refundable merely because you change your mind after payment succeeds.

5.2 Cancellation
- Unpaid orders expire automatically and create no balance.
- Paid orders: once payment succeeds, the top-up is complete and cannot be cancelled unilaterally; you may only request a refund of unused balance under §5.1.
- Stop using / close account: you may stop anytime and request account closure; unused balance follows §5.1; consumed balance is not refunded.
5.3 How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with account email, top-up time, and reason.
- We respond within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds return the unused portion via the original payment method.
- Matching balance is deducted after the refund completes.
6. Availability
- The Service is offered without a service level agreement (SLA). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, upstream failures, or force majeure.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss.
- In any event, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid to the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
- Input you send through the Service remains owned by you or your licensors.
- Ownership of model output is governed by the terms of the upstream model provider.
- The Service's interface, documentation, and branding belong to us and may not be used without permission.
8. Termination
- You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate service if you breach these Terms.
- If we decide to discontinue operations, we will give at least 30 days' notice on the site and refund unused balance.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
